This 21-day experience will give you the essentials to start a meaningful practice– just 10 minutes a day in guided meditation, gratitude, and simple mindful stretching delivered to your inbox each morning.

 

We start with just 2 minutes of meditation per day and prepare you to continue on your own after the series ends. Science shows the consistency of a meditation practice is more important than the length of each session. 

 

We’ll also practice “mindful stretching”.  It turns out that when trying to escape from the endless turning of thoughts in the brain,  the body is the first best refuge. We teach you how to place conscious awareness in the body and let you experience the evaporation of thought, and how to “dive below the waves” and not let thoughts stress you out.
